Notes: We fly quickly along below the Aiguilles Rouges ridge and can see famous climbing routes and many climbers. You can't really see in this image but there were several climbers nearing the top of this impressive looking spike. Looking back, we could see that the inversion at Brevant had finally broken and three gliders had been able to climb perhaps 300m above the summit. We could go back, but we have a date with the others at the landing field at 1:30pm, so that we will have time to go to Argentiere, to ride the telepheriques up to the Aiguille des Grands Montets.
